Wow, I haven’t posted on here since March. March! I can’t believe that… well actually I can. I grew a bit too busy with school, packing and working. I’ve got more time on my hands at the moment but almost none of my materials to work with.
As most of you know I’m a Marine wife. It’s not a bad gig if you can get it, but it does come with a lot of issues, one of them being that you have to move often and we just moved from NY to NC and we’re still technically moving, having not gotten into our house yet. That should, hopefully (!) will happen sometime next week and then I will get to work on projects, patterns and house stuff. What an exciting thing, am I right?
However, as I’ve been all cooped up in the hotel room since May 21st, on and off by myself since June 1st, I’ve only really worked on a 
couple of commissions that I got from friends. One of them being barefoot sandals. Have you made or thought of making barefoot sandals? They’re rather cute, if you’re into that sort of thing. Now the finished ones that I made were for a wedding and so I made them in white.
I’m thinking about writing up the pattern and publishing it on my website, what do you guys think?
