Free Bridget Bobble Blanket Crochet Pattern – Get Snuggly!

[Image description] A white woman with blue hair sits backlit on concrete on stairs with the Bridget Bobble blanket laid across her legs

Happy November everyone! Who’s ready for the last 2 months of 2021? Doesn’t it feel like it was just June to anyone else? Maybe it’s because the summer stuck around like an unwelcome house guest this year, just well into October. I just hate that, because you know I like to get snuggly. I love when blanket season rolls around and I get to spend all day covered in yarn and be as comfortable as can be. That brings me to the first pattern to kick off this month – the Bridget Bobble Blanket crochet pattern!
I love bobbles! You know that if you’ve been following me for a while and I’ve got many sweaters and hats that have bobbles (like the Bridget Bobble Pullover or the Bridget Bobble Beanie) but I thought to myself “self, do I have blanket with enough bobbles yet?” And sure, I have the Winterberry Throw but I wanted more. I wanted a whole bunch of bobbles in fun triangles! And that is the story of the Bridget Bobble Blanket. It’s not super exciting, I know, but it is the truth.

Now for this pattern, you’re going to want to prepare yourself for snuggles. This design is so easy to work up it makes a fabulous in between other bigger projects blanket. It’s an easy row by row design that doesn’t really require tons of attention from you. Just, ya know, make sure the triangles line up as you’re going. But once you get into a groove you’ll get the hang of it really fast, I swear.
And I did mine in one color but you could definitely make this in many colors, as a stash buster, or even with the base one color and the bobbles a different color. I mean, that would be so incredible. If you do that, please tag me in the photos. I’d love to see how that turns out. And fringe! Don’t forget you can add fringe. I didn’t it doesn’t mean I didn’t want to. I really did want to.
I hope you like this new pattern!

Always to be kind to each other, wash your masks, and stay safe friends <3 <3

Please note: I was provided Pound of Love for this pattern by Lion Brand Yarn for the purposes of designing the Bridget Bobble Blanket crochet pattern, with compensation. I wasn’t provided the yarn with the expectations of positive or negative reviews but I honestly can say I do enjoy this yarn, it’s durable and has great colors. If you purchase yarn through any of the links in this post, I will be compensated.
