Puff Rainbow Earrings Free Crochet Pattern – For Rainbow Season

Learn to make the Puff Rainbow Earrings, an easy and fun crochet thread accessory, from a free crochet pattern on DivineDebris.com

Happy June friends! As you might know, June is Pride month and every year I take the opportunity to share some fun rainbow patterns for you to show off your handmade pride too. This week’s new release is for the Puff Rainbow Earrings pattern, so get your tiny hooks and thread ready.

As I’ve said before, I love earrings. I love making crochet earrings, wearing crochet earrings, and designing crochet earrings. It’s where I started my crochet journey many years ago, it makes me feel connected to my past self when I make them. I hope you can find the joy I do when I make them when you make these.

Don’t forget friends, the first Pride was a riot, a rebellion, led by Black and Brown trans women. I hope you join me in supporting their work and memory by donating to end police violence.

Finishing

Like I do with all my earrings, I stiffened these with fabric stiffener. Just wet them down with the stiffener (I dilute it with water) and lay them flat to dry completely. When they’re dry, add fringe (optional), attach the findings and wear.

Hello, i don't understand how you do the first 2 rows, i'm kinda sad that i can't do your beautifull pattern! Everytime i chain 4 and then i connect my chain to make a circle, but then i don't understand in wich chain do i make my 5 hdc ? I always end up with something too round and not a half-circle like in your pitcure.

Thanks a lot !

Hi! As it says above, on Row 2 work the 5 hdc into the ch-4 circle. So you will work directly into the circle, the center space not into one specific ch, and you won't join at the end. As you work the rest of the pattern it will grow into the half circle. I hope that helps.
