The Free Coffee Cozy Throw Pattern – For the Coffee Lovers

Winter is in full swing here in SoCal and I swear, I swear, it’s colder here than it was when I grew up in Utah and snow. I think that’s because there’s no transition, it goes from 80 degrees one week to 40 the next. You don’t get time to get used to it and then you’re freezing. Now if you’re like me, you’re ready to snuggle up in a blanket and that’s where this week’s new pattern comes in – meet the Cozy Coffee Throw crochet pattern.

I’ve been working on this design for a while (the first photo I posted of it was back in October) and I’ve been dreaming it for even longer. All year long I’ve been working on c2c designs and I wanted to make a whole blanket of c2c and I finally did it. Of course I had to make it a coffee theme. It’s my “brand” after all. I love a good coffee but I’ll take it with extra fiber if necessary.
But this might rank up there as one of my favorite things I’ve made this year. It’s just so eye-catching and fun. I love a good fun design, as you probably know if you’ve been here before. And it’s a great design for January, to clear out the post-holiday cobwebs and make something for yourself.

And don’t worry, if you want this to be a hot cup of tea or even cocoa, you can! I won’t tell someone it’s a Cozy Coffee Throw if you don’t. I hope you like this.

I hope where ever you are you’re having a great time and being safe and healthy. Hugs friends. Wash your hands and masks.

Please note: I was provided the yarn for this pattern by Lion Brand Yarn for the purposes of making this design, with compensation. I wasn’t provided the yarn with the expectations of positive or negative reviews but I did enjoy using this yarn, I’ve used it many times and it’s always a great worsted acrylic yarn.

Wrap another 10” piece of yarn around your tassel, knot and weave in the ends to secure it. Trim the tassel if necessary to make the ends even.
