Diana Crochet Purse Pattern by Divine Debris

Diana Crochet Purse Pattern by Divine Debris

Materials:

  •  2.5 – 3 oz worsted/ medium weight (size 4) yarn- I used Vanna’s Choice
    • I used 2 colors but you could definitely just do this in one color
  • US I (5.50 mm) crochet hook
  • Tapestry needle

Gauge:

  • 4” x 4”  = 14 dcs x 7 rows

Terms/ stitches used:

  • RS: Right side
  • St: stitch
  • Ch: chain
  • Slip st: slip st
  • Sc: single crochetRavelry link
  • Spike sc: spike single crochet
  • Hdc: half double crochet

Notes:

  • This pattern is created in the round with a slip st at the end of each row into the first st.
  • You’re going to need to know how to work into the back third loop of a hdc.
  • You don’t have to fasten off between color changes, unless you want to. Just drop the inactive yarn and then pick it back up when it becomes active.
  • Rotate on row 6 means rotate the whole piece 90°.

Finished Product Measurements:

  • Height: 6.5″ – 7″
  • Diameter: 8.5″ – 9″
  • Depth of base: 1.5″ – 1.75″
